About me
I help women working in public and third sectors to lead with compassion so that they feel confident, authentic and resilient in all parts of their lives.
I've been coaching and mentoring since 2010. I use a blend of coaching and facilitation skills to generate action and develop strong, collegiate relationships with clients. I'm passionate about working with difference to support women to meet their leadership potential.
Feedback demonstrates that I'm highly effective in providing support and space to create personal insight and development. Please visit www.fullframecoach.com for testimonials.
Frequent topics in coaching conversations (but not an exhaustive list) include: personal strengths, conflict management, MBTI preferences, strategy and politics, self doubt, inner critics, health & wellbeing, authentic leadership, prejudice and bias, career transition stages (considering retirement, preparing for parental leave, return from parental leave, returning from long term sick).

Further information
At different times in my life, I have felt marginalised because of my gender, physical appearance, mental health, nationality, age and working class background.
With over 20 years of working in the public and charitable sectors, I've seen other women be marginalised - looked over, pigeon-holed, made to feel peripheral too. This is why I'm passionate about working with women to embrace difference and be authentic, resilient leaders.
I'm a multi-award winning coach, I love reading (it's vital to my wellbeing actually), travelling, spending time in nature (even though I live in the city), drinking different types of tea (leaf of course) and a self-declared lifelong learner.
