Do you feel unable to put your intentions into action? Are you putting off a big decision or change in lifestyle? Are you wanting to progress in your career? Or perhaps you might want to improve your relationships.
Coaching provides an opportunity for you to understand where you are currently and decide how you would like to move forwards. Working with a coach can help you to clarify your thinking and decide what changes or action you would like to take. In gaining clarity around what you want, coaching can help you to devise a plan to help you work towards your goal. I offer personal and business coaching.
Whilst supporting you with your chosen focus, my role is not to give you advice, nor to tell you what to do. Instead, we work together to enable you to gain clarity around finding your own way forwards.
What to expect
I’m currently offering video, telephone and walking coaching sessions due to COVID restrictions. Normally, face to face coaching sessions take place at at my discreet central York office on Castlegate. During our first session, we can explore what you would like to get from your coaching.
I offer an initial free discovery session up to 30 minutes. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions and decide if you would like to work together. If you would like to arrange to a telephone call, or you have any questions about my approach, please get in touch - 07544 126779.
