About me

I started my coaching journey in my late twenties as a dating coach and matchmaker for an 'elite' dating agency. Despite my academic route around Literature & Advertising, I always knew I wanted to work with people, helping them achieve happiness. I joined an NLP course, became a practitioner as well as a qualified hypnotherapist and Time Line Therapist (Time Line Therapy Association) in order to help me help others better. The course helped me understand myself to a point that it became evident these teachings should be accessible to all - I don't understand why coaching doesn't start at nursery! Everyone needs to understand and embrace their nervous system and their differences which would allow most people to feel a lot more accepting, sociable and in peace.

My professional journey then moved onto consulting and coaching for businesses rather than individuals - I learnt a lot about business however my passion is to coach individuals who need help with their happiness - not businesses anymore, who's focus always is commercial. I am experienced and qualified, but above all I am greatly intuitive, caring, and determined to make positive changes in as many people's lives as possible.
