"The confidence issues and procrastination were hindering me progressing into the successful lawyer I had always wanted to be.  Lisa was able to immediately decipher my core issues and I began to adopt simple exercises and behaviours to help me overcome such issues.  I began these straight away and could not believe how less stressed and calmer I became.

As our sessions continued and the more Lisa and I worked together, I felt my confidence growing very quickly and found myself dealing with matters without panicking.  My new persona was being noticed by colleagues and having a positive effect on the way they behaved towards me. I cannot thank Lisa enough for her coaching, it has assisted me immeasurably in such a short period of time.  Lisa is extremely professional and trustworthy, and I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Lisa."

Michelle L. Platt, Legal Executive, Boote Edgar Esterkin Solicitors

"I am a design professional working in the industry of design, construction and engineering. My role can be extremely challenging leaving little time to pursue career and personal goals.  After attending a couple of sessions with Lisa, over the past 6 months I have managed to achieve 2 major life goals which comprise of both work and personal.

Lisa has been a great inspiration to me, and her warm, friendly, down to earth and professional approach made each session a really enjoyable experience. Her extensive knowledge allowed her to tailor the sessions so that the focus was always on meeting my requirements. I would highly recommend Lisa’s coaching sessions for anyone looking to improve and build upon what they already have."

Natalie Bacci, Principle Spacial Consultant, WYG Group

"Lisa is inspirational and encouraging and she is is always very present and in the moment during our conversations. She is consistently congruent too.  Lisa is realistic, practical and straight talking with no airs and graces. She is particularly good at putting ideas into words so that they are easily understood by others.  I first met her at the beginning of her coaching career over ten years ago, and I believe she is a very honest and loyal person."

                                                                                      Sarah Evans, Counsellor, NHS

"The programme was very effective and has enabled better ways of working."

Marc De Bont, Senior Mobile Network Engineer, Vodafone

"Lisa has a lot of energy, she is inspirational and I trust her completely. She was very focused and straight to the point, and I feel much more confident as a result. I've been more successful in my interactions and also in interviews and presentations. The highlight for me is that I feel much more focused working towards my headship. Lisa has taught me how to enjoy my life and work journey and not just focus on the destination. Before my coaching programme I took life too seriously and this was hindering me from progressing. Now I actually get more work done as a result."

                                                                                                  Alan Hunt, Teacher

"Lisa coached me some years ago, I realise how so many of the seeds we planted have flourished and grown into my wildest dreams...she has a beautiful and unique way of bringing out our best qualities and lifting our spirits to new levels while sparking a catalyst within our soul.

Lisa renewed my self-belief and helped me to realise that we can indeed transform."

                                                                                                      Caroline Binns, NHS

Other areas of coaching I deal with

Personal development coaching will measure your strengths and weaknesses in order to improve certain areas of your life, often by ensuring your actions are taking you to where you want to be.

It will help you to identify certain aspects of your life that you’re not satisfied with. Clarity usually arises through asking questions and challenging any thoughts or actions that may be preventing you from reaching your goals. If this is the case, you may be invited to explore aspects of your lifestyle, your personal well-being, your state of mind or possibly a relationship or job that may be holding you back in some way.

Once you’ve identified where you want to be and what may be holding you back, the coach will then help you to create your own personal plan. This usually consists of strategies that will support you to reach your goals quicker than if you attempted them alone.

Personal development coaching also covers various issues, including improving your skills in public speaking, communication or strengthening & building relationships. It can also assist you to become more confident, organised, productive, motivated, focused and happy.

Overall, coaching can improve your quality of life through offering solutions and improvements around your relationships, social life, work life, finances and your mental and emotional state. It can also help you to lead a more satisfying and enjoyable life through achieving a good work / life balance.
