Hi, I am a Transformational Coach that supports clients to adopt and maintain a sustainable, healthy lifestyle so that they can stop the dieting for good, find their natural, healthy weight, increase their energy and improve their self confidence.
Using a combination of mBraining and traditional Life Coaching we work through whatever it is that has been previously stopping you, enabling you to get a clear understanding of what you truly want, what it is that is really stopping you from achieving your goals and what you need to do in order to move forwards.
We then set up actions, commitments, intentions to get you to where you want to be and then hold you accountable to doing them !
I am a down to earth, practical Coach that focuses on keeping things simple and tackling things head on using small steps. It is really important that you enjoy your journey towards good health and wellbeing so we celebrate and enjoy every step !
