I am a qualified professional Business & Life Coach & NLP Practitioner offering coaching services to individuals and businesses, specialising in Confidence Building, Motivation, Boosting Self Esteem and all aspects of Career Coaching.

I am a Professional Member of The Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ANLP) as an NLP Practitioner.

As a professional manager for many years, I have been responsible for empowering and driving motivation within teams to deliver benefits not just to the business but to the individual.

My standard coaching fee starts at £60/hour for individual online sessions, £85/hour in person. I offer a variety of discount options.
