I became a life coach because I'm passionate about people being able to live the life they want to, that fits with what is important to them. Sometimes we all need that bit of help to see what the life is that we want, to believe it is possible and to have everything we need to achieve it. I can work with you to help you develop yourself and any area of your life where you would like to make a change. However small or big that change may be, I help to build self-belief and confidence so that no goal is impossible and there is nothing standing between you and your dreams.
Clients come to me for coaching in areas including: work and career; relationships; personal development; improving their health and wellbeing; discovering and achieving their motivations, values and purpose; setting goals and practical strategies to achieve them; shifting mindset; building self confidence and self esteem and achieving a happier, more fulfilling life.
Typically a first session is an introductory one, where I will spend time listening to you and understanding what is important to you, stepping back and looking at all areas of your life and identifying the areas and/or goals you want to focus on to make positive changes in for yourself. I will also explain how the life coaching process works and work with you to understand if that is something you feel you wish to pursue. If it works for you, then normally we will agree an appropriate approach that suits you, based on your own goals, individual needs, preferences and timescale.
