I became a life coach because I'm passionate about people being able to live the life they want to, that fits with what is important to them. Sometimes we all need that bit of help to see what the life is that we want, to believe it is possible and to have everything we need to achieve it. I can work with you to help you develop yourself and any area of your life where you would like to make a change. However small or big that change may be, I help to build self-belief and confidence so that no goal is impossible and there is nothing standing between you and your dreams.
Clients come to me for coaching to help bring about positive change in areas including: work and career; relationships; personal development; improving their health and wellbeing; discovering and achieving their motivations, values and purpose; setting goals and practical strategies to achieve them; shifting mindset; building self confidence and self esteem and achieving a happier, more fulfilling life.
I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation call (this can be done by phone or on zoom/skype and has no obligations to proceed), which enables us to get to know each other and see if there is a good 'fit' for us to work together. It provides an opportunity for you get to know how the life coaching process works, what is involved, timescales, costs and how we might work together. It also enables me to understand your current situation and the aims you have for coaching of what you would like to come away with from the experience.
If you decide to go ahead and book in some coaching, we will arrange a mutually convenient date and time for the first session and I will send you the information you need for us to work together on in the session.
We will use some simple coaching tools to explore your current situation in more detail, what is going on, the impact for you and what you wish to be different. I will spend time listening to you and understanding what is important to you. We will look at all of the key areas of your life and work together to identify the areas and/or goals you want to focus on to make positive changes in your life (or a specific area of your life).
Each client journey is completely unique and designed together to meet your needs, which is then driven by you, as the client. Typically we will work through a vision for achieving the change and co-create a plan together to identify the actions, support, resources, thoughts, habits and removal of blockers that will help you to achieve your vision or goal(s).
If you would like to know more, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me and arrange a free, initial consultation.
