About me

Hello and thanks for dropping by. I'm passionate about the potential of each and every one of us to evolve, become more empowered and flourish. Coaching is a proven way to help this happen.

As our lives improve, so do our relationships. We get into positive resonance and flow, while the ripples grow wider and wider. Helping ourselves truly helps others - we are all connected!

During coaching with me, your core strengths will be revealed and fears start to drop away as confidence, motivation, clarity and personal power increase. What's left will be the authentic essence you are born to share with the world. This happens when you are ready to commit to your unique potential, which everyone has.

“Truly skilful, compassionate and wise. World class coaching.”

I work locally and internationally in life, work and service coaching. My clients learn to be and become who they truly are, while making a positive impact in their world - on any scale small or large. They find their purpose and make choices that feel right in head, heart and gut. When in doubt, they take appropriate risks to experiment with new ideas, habits and ways of being.

I have a lifetime of experience in personal and enterprise development to mentor you with in addition to coaching. I can also share my extensive global networks where relevant, creating a profound partnership to support your growth.

"The work we did together completely changed my life. I learnt to fill my well. I know what my core value is now and it's empowerment. Of me, of women and men everywhere. I keep it close by at all times and it helps me make decisions daily."

Along they way, a new self emerges, someone who can see and embrace opportunity. Relationships evolve and positive new connections are made - to aspects of oneself and significant others we want to enjoy life with and share support.

The personal highs and lows life throws at us become part of our unfolding story. Gratitude and grace arise more and more naturally. We create the most compassionate story for ourselves and others we can - a story full of hope and unique potential, no matter what our past has been.

Further testimonials

Here and on my website:

"I gained emotional support, practical advice, confidence and focus."

"I faced up to a fear of exposure, fear of facing difficult thoughts and feelings about who I am and what I am worth ‘out there’ in the world. Fear of facing the reality of low energy and how that may continue to impact upon my ability to live, work and play."

"Libby shares her intelligence, compassion, enthusiasm and excitement while investigating my strengths, celebrating my achievements and mirroring my fears with a practical eye on how I might view them in a different way."

"Humour and honesty, a willingness to share her own vulnerabilities and elements of her own journey through life. A fierce but fun-loving perspective that is infectious and inspiring."

"The single most important thing that made this journey worthwhile for me? The message that I am good enough, and that the future is bright."

"Huge gratitude to Libby for the energetic support and incisive, courageous help she has given me. Looking forward to more coaching next year, if I even need it."

"Don't wait! Do it! Coaching with Libby for only a few months has totally put me on track for the life I really want to lead, new friendships and meaningful work that pays the bills AND helps others. Could not recommend her more highly."

I can also offer specialist coaching in a wide range of areas, with strategic input and tools for any scale life or venture, internationally. See below and website for more.

For you to fully understand the coaching process and for both of us to be able to make an informed decision on whether or not we are a good fit, I offer a free telephone consultation normally lasting 30 - 60 minutes. You will experience some actual coaching during this session whilst we explore your situation and your needs – this will give you a feel for what coaching will look and feel like should you decide to proceed.

During this session we discuss what type and length of partnership will suit you best and if I am the most suitable coach for you. If I make an offer (on an inclusive sliding scale) then it's totally up to you. We try not to let fees get in the way but it does usually feel like a significant commitment to moving forward.

Further information

Coaching consists of a deep and powerful conversation in which your development and goals are the primary objective. It will be unlike any conversation you’ve experienced before. Once we’ve decided together on your objectives, I will ask you powerful questions to facilitate you in understanding and overcoming the challenges and goals you face.

During the process I will be listening carefully not only to what you’re saying, but how you say it. This includes the language you use and the way your physiology changes as you talk. This will signpost me towards making sure we address any issues that sit behind the situation you are seeking help with.

The coaching process often uncovers what are known as limiting beliefs. Limiting beliefs are things about us which we believe unquestionably to be true, but actually do not serve us, or in some cases work actively against us and our hinder our progress. A major part of my job as your coach is to identify these and address them. In effect, to help you get out of your own way. Many clients find that limiting beliefs sit behind all sorts of seemingly unrelated issues they experience in life, and identifying and resolving them can be incredibly powerful.

As well as the process of what I describe as ‘pure coaching’ I will also equip you with various tools to help you live more happily and effectively; tools you can take away from our first session together to begin to make powerful, positive changes to your day-to-day life straightaway.
