Health and Fitness Coaching
I coach women to cleanse their minds from decades of miss information about their body image, health and general negative perception of self. The goal is to be set free from the trap of comparison, develop a healthy relationship with food and body image; resulting in body positivity, self love and weight loss if desired.
Sessions are structured to identify your limiting beliefs about your capabilities, and to create new mindset, workout and meal habits to enhance your energy, boost your confidence and general feelings of self worth. Your improved body and glowing skin will be a beautiful byproduct.
Self Love and Confidence Coaching
For single women with no particular weight loss goals, that seem to struggle with feelings of self hate, feelings of worthlessness and general feelings of being redundant, as a result of being 30+ and single. Relationship coaching with a twist is available to you. Self love and confidence coaching focuses on the relationship that you have with yourself, the creator and cultivates ways for you to enjoy life, break free from the comparison demon and be at peace, and feel whole, right where you are.

I have 6 years experience as a psychology lecturer as well as being a personal trainer, with a background in dance and sports therapy. I believe that I am called to support the development of individual minds by teaching new paradigms and perspectives, resulting in habit change and individual evolution. Respectively, the main work that I carry out consists of teaching, 1:1 coaching and training as well as professional talks to corporate companies such as PWC.
Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Complimentary 50 minute discovery session to identify your goals and desired outcome(s).
Thereafter, you can select a coaching option that is right for you. You can choose individual week by week sessions or fully emerge yourself into a 90 day program; recommended for true long term transformation and behavioural change.
Rates are reasonable.
Arranging a session and getting started is easy, simply end me an email or text to express your interest in coaching and we will schedule a call. If you call me, please leave a message and I will get back to you. As above, the first session is complimentary, we will discuss your needs and see if we are the right fit to work together. If so, we schedule a date and begin, it's as simple as that.
