People choose life coaching for a variety of reasons.

Sometimes clients are quite specific that they want coaching in relation to a particular area of their life, such as finding a suitable partner, or obtaining a promotion at work.

Other clients just have a vague sense that something is not quite right in their lives, they know that something needs to change but they have no idea what, or if they do know what they have no idea how to go about it!

Its all ok, whatever your reason just get in touch.

So what actually is Life Coaching?

Simply speaking, Life Coaching is a process whereby you will be guided through a series of exercises that are designed to help you to identify exactly what it is that you want to change, what you want your end result to be, and how you can get there.

Basically, It gets you from A to B, having clearly defined first where and what both A and B currently are!

Once you have your goals identified and a plan in place we will use sessions to motivate, encourage, identify obstacles and solutions and to make changes as necessary.

Throughout the course of life coaching sessions we will agree 'homework' for you to carry out in between appointments and this is an integral part of the experience. Its not magic and you must be prepared to put in the work.

Generally the best results from Life Coaching come over a period of time using a series of sessions and progressively advanced exercises.

So if you are ready to make some positive changes... get in touch NOW, I can promise you that you will not regret it.

One off appointments can sometimes be offered for particular issues, such as preparing for a job interview or presentation.
