My personal experience
I spent eight years in a corporate role where I felt bored and unfulfilled most of the time.
Despite having a great life on paper, I felt demoralised and I was deeply unhappy but I had no idea how to move forward.
Eventually, this led to long-term sickness and I was forced to make a change.
I retrained, changed career and transformed other areas of my life including health and relationships.
It was the best decision I ever made but it was not an easy one so I know many of the fears, concerns and challenges that you may be facing right now.
I honestly believe that life is too short to spend most of your time feeling miserable or unfulfilled.
But I also understand how hard and scary it can be to make changes.
I offer you a safe, confidential, supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can be yourself completely.
This allows you to explore openly and honestly how you’re feeling and what you can do to make positive changes in your life.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a certified life coach and a qualified careers adviser.
I work predominantly with women and incorporate a range of personal development, therapeutic writing and journaling strategies to help you achieve your life goals, practice regular self-care and maintain work-life harmony.
I have over 9 years experience of providing coaching and mentoring to professionals and graduates in both 1-1 and group settings, face to face, online and via telephone.
I work with people in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, as well as business owners and freelancers across the UK, Europe, South America and the Caribbean.
Training and Qualifications
- Diploma in Life Coaching (accredited by the European Institute of Coaching)
- Post Graduate Certificate in Careers Education
- Youth Mental Health First Aider (MHFA England)
Areas of coaching I deal with
I offer a 3-month coaching programme.
Initially, we spend six focused 1-hour telephone/Skype coaching calls together, normally over a 3 month period.
You will have practical actions to take between calls and you will fill out a Clarity Form before each call to ensure you get the most out of each session.
I also use journaling as a tool to help you enhance your coaching experience and you will be given specific journaling exercises to do between sessions.
Email support is also available between sessions.
The price of this coaching programme is £600 (50% due in advance of your first session).
At the end of the 3 months, ongoing coaching sessions are available at £100 per session.
