About us

I am a qualified Executive Coach. I provide a reflective space, working at depth to address day-to-day challenges that get in the way of people being their best selves. I shed light on patterns of behaviour, so my clients can effect positive and lasting change.

A common theme with my coaching clients is that they are mainly in their 40's and 50's and find themselves in a state of transition, looking to move up to the next step or phase in their life, be it preparing for retirement or transitioning to a new job role or considering a different career path. They may be in roles and organisations that no longer align with their work identity and personal values and can struggle with blind spots in their perception of themselves and their abilities, which makes it difficult for them to move forward.

The coaching helps shed light on what clients want, what they are good at, what they need and what is useful for their next move, guiding them towards a clearer path forward.

I provide a systemic approach, increasing awareness of the interplay between the person, their role, and the wider organisation.

My practice combines the benefits of both coaching and therapeutic techniques, looking at the past in the service of the present.

I also coach clients to work through areas such as:

  • raising self-awareness
  • building confidence
  • shifting unhelpful habits
  • adapting to organisational change
  • managing conflict
  • work-life balance

For 9 years, I was a senior member of an organisation that provided coaching to support employees in the workplace. I have coached a wide range of clients, globally, across a myriad of industries such as banking, financial services, energy, advertising, the NHS, and education.

My clients have described me as 'insightful, sensitive, supportive and challenging.'

In summary, my coaching provides a valuable and confidential space, and leaves clients with increased confidence, clarity and agency in their capacity to move forward and successfully navigate the many challenges of both their professional and personal lives.

Further information

My background is in education, where I worked in secondary schools for nearly two decades before retraining as a Senior Practitioner Executive Coach. I draw on my years of experience as a Foreign Languages Teacher and Director of a Professional Coordinating Mentor Programme, where I coached trainee teachers and quality assured staff mentoring. This was an invaluable training ground to cultivate awareness and attunement to one's own emotions as well as understand the emotions of others.
