About me
Are you...
- An exhausted charity leader doing less and less of the work that lights you up inside? Working all hours, struggling to switch off? Putting the burden on yourself, not wanting to overwhelm your team? Feeling stuck, like nothing will ever change?
- Have you recently discovered or been diagnosed as ADHD and/or Autistic? Are you struggling to make sense of your diagnosis journey? Sick of motivation and organisation systems that don't work with your brain?
If the answer is 'yes' to any of the above, I can help.
Hi! I'm Leah. I'm an experienced, qualified coach and former charity CEO with over 20 years of sector experience 🌈 I offer 1:1 and group support for female & non-binary charity leaders and/or ADHD/Autistic folks.
If you are/might be ADHD and/or Autistic, that’s great – me too! If you aren’t, think of me as the female/AuDHD ‘Queer Eye’. My work is Neuroinclusive (everyone’s brain is welcome) & Neuroaffirmative (no one’s brain is broken). I follow the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) Code of Ethics.
Together we'll explore:
- Doing more of what energises you & less of what drains you
- Creating healthy boundaries, self care practices & work-life balance
- Silencing thought patterns getting in your way (ie people pleasing, imposter syndrome, rejection sensitivity & perfectionism)
- Which accountability, productivity & motivational systems work for your unique brain
My style is Neuro-affirmative, supportive, informative and curious. I combine my own lived experience as a Queer AuDHDer, my professional experience as a senior leader, and my qualifications to help you with burnout prevention/recovery, time management, organisation, rejection sensitivity, setting and achieving goals, unmasking, imposter syndrome, perfectionism and accountability.
I often work with:
- Charity leaders (CEOs, SLT, Managers and Team Leads)
- ADHDers and AUDHDers (late diagnosed/awaiting diagnosis/self diagnosed)
- LGBTQIA+ people (I am queer and trans affirming)
My coaching can be funded by Access to Work if you are Neurodivergent, employed/self-employed and in the UK. I can help you apply for and navigate the ATW system.

Client Testimonials:
”Such an insightful & well-informed coach...Leah's focus on celebrating & understanding our strengths was really empowering, but what struck me even more was how safe we all felt with each other, even though we didn't know each other. That is entirely down to Leah & her skill of making people feel safe.” – Susie, CEO, RSPCA
