About me
Hi! I'm Laurence!
I started my coaching career 17 years ago, as an Agile coach at MTV Networks/Viacom, while also Senior Director of Operations, helping the organisation deliver compelling websites, mobile apps and emerging technology. Later, I would work for IBM as an Agile and Executive Coach, helping Marketing, Sales and technical leaders around the world, achieve their strategic, professional and personal goals.
My coaching style is that of a “Mentor Coach”, providing a balanced combination of both advisement, based on my professional experience and asking powerful questions to facilitate the deep thinking that helps you progress toward your professional and personal goals. Having travelled to 58 countries and having lived in 12, I coach through a very global, culturally sensitive lens.

Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

I offer a free introductory coaching session, with no further commitment.
If you decide to continue, my fee is £120 per session. There is no minimum number of sessions and no commitment. You can have as many or as few sessions as you like.
