Hello there, thanks for stopping by.
I’m Laura, an ICF qualified coach, experienced facilitator and passionate about supporting people to be great at what they do.
Feeling stuck? Overwhelmed at work? Unsure of how to navigate the next step in your career, or just a bit ‘at sea’ at the moment? I work with mid-career and senior professionals to tackle the challenges that busy jobs and life throw at us.
Through 1:1 and group coaching, I draw on a wide range of models and principles to facilitate growth and change on a deeper, long-lasting level. I support you to take a step back, work out what is important, and find a way forward that is right for you.
I’ve worked with solopreneurs, emerging leaders, experienced directors through to CEO’s, and continue to work with clients internationally.
Some of the topics I support 1:1 clients with:
- Exploring options and identifying ways forward to change lifestyle or career
- Find solutions to tackle overwhelm, stress and burn out at work
- Overcoming imposter syndrome and building confidence
- Defining and developing yourself as a leader
- Getting clarity on next steps in your career and identifying purpose
- How to better balance work and life
Some of the areas I support teams and managers:
- Building effective ways of working and team culture
- Co-creating team values
- Using action learning sets to problem solve
- Developing talent and succession planning
- Building highly performing teams
- Finding ways to improve the ‘how’ we do things, not just focusing on the ‘what’ we do
What’s it like to work with me?
I started my career in the non-profit sector at an entry level. Fast forward over 15 years and I found myself working in senior leadership, leading international teams and holding board positions. Successful on paper, but not without experiencing imposter syndrome, high levels of stress and at times, burn-out. My own journey has pushed me to overcome many challenges and inspired me to pursue my passion in coaching. It’s a pleasure to be able to support brilliant people to overcome their own challenges and empower them to find ways forward that work for them.
Modern life’s busy culture makes it hard for us to do our best thinking. I adopt a calm approach, and you can consider coaching with me as having your own private thinking and accountability partner. I curate a confidential space where you can be yourself. I’ll challenge you, enable you to look at things from different perspectives, and offer tools and resources to support you along the way.

When I work
"I arrived at Laura's coaching programme feeling angry, burnt out and lost. Six weeks later and I feel calm, refreshed and focused. Laura's gentle guidance towards the answers already lying within me felt empowering. This experience has helped me to regain control of my life and happiness. I cannot thank Laura enough." Kelly, Social Worker.
"I really didn't know what to expect when I started working with Laura. I'd just embarked on a big project at work with little experience on the topic. I felt overwhelmed and directionless. 6 sessions later, I have a solid plan in place, a better understanding of the topic, and a team that is bought-in and motivated to help achieve our project goals. Now we've come to the end, I can look back and reflect on the enormous amount of progress I've made. I'm so grateful to Laura for giving me the space to muddle through the chaos and streamline my thinking. I highly recommend her to anyone that is considering coaching."Sara, Charity Founder and Business Owner.
"My coaching sessions with Laura have been very beneficial, she helped me to step back, look at the bigger picture and realise what I was bringing to the table. She created a safe space for me to explore challenging situations while asking meaningful questions. She is empathic, calm and a great listener but also challenged me when needed. I would love to work with her again." Céline, Marketing Manager.
"Laura has the ability to understand you as a person, and challenges you to evaluate your needs/wants going forward to ensure you would be heading in the right direction. At the end of our sessions I felt confident for the future of my career and that I finally had a clear plan. She is insightful, passionate about what she does and extremely professional. I am grateful I came across Laura, and would recommend her without second thought." Thetis, Global Fundraising Specialist, Project Manager and Facilitator.
