Taking the first steps
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. To ensure you get the most value from your coaching I give a no obligation 30-minute free consultation. In this session we will discuss your needs and identify the key areas where you want to make changes or overcome barriers. We are all different hence we also explore the best coaching approach for you and ensure I am the right person to work with you. Should you wish to continue working together we then formulate an initial action plan for the coming sessions.
Why come to me?

I have been coaching professionally since 2012. Before embarking on the coaching journey I was a senior manager for many years, responsible for a team of people where coaching and developing the individuals were very important and a huge motivation in my work.

Free initial consultation
My sessions normally last for about 75 minutes (unless you prefer something different) and I charge the following per session:
Phone/Skype sessions £50
Face-to-face sessions £60
To benefit the most a commitment of 6 sessions is recommended to support change, hence I offer a 10% discount for anyone who books 6 sessions as a package.
More about me
Before embarking on my coaching journey I was a senior manager in the IT sector for many years. Coaching and developing my team members was very important and a huge motivation in my work which has laid the foundation for the business I run today.
Originally from Sweden I have spent the last 18 years in the UK. My work has taken me to many countries and different cultures which has helped me gain a good understanding of how different people can be and at the same time, how similar we all are. I am always continuing to learn about people and how our brain and mind work.
What happens in a session?
This can vary, however I use my three steps Clarity, Confidence and Action within each session. This helps us to gain insight both on what you really want from life as well as what is currently holding you back, build confidence and put actions in place in order to move forward. Typically, in a session we will;
- Ask thought-provoking questions
- Reflect on what’s being said, heard and felt
- Identify appropriate actions
- Recognise valuable insights - about who you are and what you want from life
- Learn skills and techniques
How many sessions do I need?
This is dependent upon the individual and the reason you are seeking help/support. It is important to recognise that change takes time so allowing between 6 to 10 sessions is a general guide. I understand that in today’s world it may be difficult to commit so we can also take it on session to session basis to suit your life. Bear in mind that the aim of the coach should be to give you the tools and techniques to empower you rather than create a dependency on a third person.
