Training, qualifications & experience

As an advanced qualified Life/Transformation Coach, a member of the Association of Coaching and Complimentary Therapist Accredited Association having nearly 20 years’ experience in learning and development with adults and adolescents and with QTLS status I offer a diverse, non-judgmental, empathetic and varied skill set. I have also delivered Holistic Therapy Courses in prison focusing on the future and have worked with many vulnerable groups and individuals.

My specialist interest is Mental Health being both a Sufferer and a Carer I wholly understand what an impact positively and negatively it can make on an individual’s personal and professional life and how it affects those around them. I am Co-Founder of the Parental/Carer Support Group “Nourish” a part of the UK wide peer support network under the Rethink Mental Illness Charity umbrella, We have also been approved by our local NHS Trust TEWV. I am also a crisis volunteer for SHOUT.

In my role as a Wellbeing Therapist and Coach I encourage, nurture and support my clients to challenge themselves and take positive steps towards revolutionising their lives with regards to Mental, Physical and Spiritual Wellbeing in both private and professional lives. I also have integrity.

I approach matters from a holistic perspective using a variety of techniques which are individually personalised for each client,

I also have a coach Diploma in Eating Psychology and Counselling for Depression qualifications. I am a qualified Personal Trainer able to give fitness and nutritional advice. I have a BA (Hons) in Management, Leadership Qualifications, TAQA, PGCE, a zest for knowledge and qualifications in Hypnotherapy, Acupressure and Reiki. I also have an awareness of Self Harm, Panic Attacks, Anxiety, Depression, Suicide Prevention, CBT, DBT and Autism.

I have experience working with both groups and individuals via face to face, Skype, online and telephone.

I have a clear DBS, Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding and Prevent Training.

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Wheelchair user access
