About me

Hi, I'm Kit (they/them). I'm a queer autistic life and wellbeing coach with a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse clients.

I know you have the answers and power within you, I'd love to work with you to uncover them. My job is to listen, to notice and to ask the questions that will make things fall into place.

I will help you to identify patterns and mechanisms that may no longer be helpful to you. Together we will create new strategies and ways of thinking that will allow you to let go of the ties keeping you tethered to the past so you can move forwards.

There's great power in reframing thoughts and experiences and exploring new ways of looking can often be the key to feeling in control of your life.

I'm a laid back, patient and encouraging person. I want to see you get unstuck and live your best life - whatever that looks like for YOU.

While training as a child counsellor, I learned the power of tapping into the inner child through creative practices. As children we create and play because it is in our nature but often as we grow up, we deny ourselves those joys. By getting back in touch with our core selves we can relearn how to live in the present, find calm and contentment and unlock our truths.

As an autistic person, I have lived experience of the strategies that really work and this combined with my study, both professional and personal, has given me the range and insight to help others. YOU are the expert on yourself but I can guide you towards discovering new ways of being with my insider knowledge.

Contact me by e-mail or text for a free, no obligation chat.

Please note I am currently only working with clients who are 18+.

Further information

Discovery Call or Text:

Contact me by text or e-mail to arrange a free, no obligation discovery call in which we can chat about whether we'd be a good fit to work together and you can ask any questions you may have.

If you'd prefer, the discovery chat can be done via text.

My Services:

I am currently offering low cost sessions via e-mail and Zoom. I am not currently offering face to face sessions due to the ongoing pandemic.

How e-mail coaching works:

1. If you decide to book a session (or a block) after our discovery call...
2. You will spend an hour or so crafting an e-mail to me
3. I will spend an hour responding in a thoughtful and considered way including, where appropriate, resources, strategies and insight
4. I will send my reply to you within 48 hours and you can get in touch if you'd like anything to be clarified

E-mail coaching can be highly beneficial for those who enjoy writing as a method of self expression. It also gives me time to really think about my response and find helpful resources.  It can sometimes be easier to share with someone when it's not face to face.
