I am passionate about facilitating growth for women so they too can be empowered by re-writing their own narratives and go on to impact others. We all have our own personal story to tell, a journey unique to us; my approach is unique to you. Together we can explore your own strengths and how you can make the best use of them.
I believe that the right support and effort can empower everyone to overcome self-restricting barriers and achieve far more than they expected. I have struggled with confidence myself so I know exactly what it's like to be your own worst enemy! The techniques that I have learnt have helped me to overcome my own barriers. With theoretically and experientially grounded techniques, I can support you in your challenges and big changes too.
I specialise in confidence coaching for women from all backgrounds, and particularly welcome those from ethnic minorities and faiths. I have 12 years' experience in education and training and have had the opportunity to support hundreds of clients from all over the world to develop their skills and confidence. My experience has given me a strong understanding of how self-belief, motivation and manageable steps towards ambitions contribute to facilitating and maintaining personal development.
How I can help
By helping clients realise how hard they are being on themselves and identifying ways to manage their restrictive inner thoughts, they are able to step out of their comfort zones and step up to taking on challenges that they would have previously not even dared to dream of. There are endless possibilities for growth, whether that's personally, spiritually or financially. Ultimately, it's a choice and I am here to support you in uncovering and achieving what it is that you truly need, want and value.
I have an authentic and direct coaching style. I provide a safe non-judgmental space using techniques that can help you untangle your thoughts/feelings and support you in believing in yourself, which is often the first step needed to begin the process of self-development.
Your brain is your most powerful asset and powerful questioning can help you unlock its strength, which can make a huge difference in how you see and feel about yourself. Coaching is versatile, in that it can challenge distorted perceptions and support you to identify helpful next steps. We can work on thoughts, behaviours, or in most cases, both.

Free Initial Consultation
This initial no strings attached 30 minutes chat is an opportunity to talk about what coaching is and what you would like to get from it, discuss the process and decide if we would like to work together.
Bespoke Coaching Sessions
This session is designed to meet your needs and uses approaches that would best suit the topic that you have come with.
- £85 per hour
- £75 per hour for a block of 6 sessions (total of 6 hours)
I am open and transparent with my fees, I am also flexible so can accommodate daytime, evening and weekend sessions and accept 24 hour cancellations.

Sessions can be held face-to-face in a mutually agreed venue, over the phone, via Skype/Hangouts or even while taking a walk in one of London's beautiful parks.
