About me
Experienced executive coach and business transformation leader with over 30 years' experience in digital media and organisational change. Proven track record in coaching senior executives, leading systemic team development, and implementing large-scale organisational transformations. Specialises in transition management, leadership development, and cultural change.
I have dedicated my career to guiding and supporting people to become their best selves, particularly through professional and organisational transitions. My coaching journey began in 2015, initially complementing my leadership roles, and has since evolved into a full-time passion.
By blending extensive business change expertise with a deep understanding of coaching psychology, I create a safe, judgement-free space for individuals navigating professional challenges. Whether you're stepping into a promotion, starting a new role, or managing organisational change, I help unlock self-awareness, confidence, resilience, and adaptability.
My mission is to build Transitional Intelligence (TQ), equipping people with the ability to thrive through both unexpected and intentional changes. I believe that by educating and supporting individuals through transitions, we can ensure both personal growth and business success.
When I'm not coaching, I'm a mum of two teenagers, a Town Councillor for Harpenden, a safe space mentor for teenagers in Hertfordshire, and a Team Leader at a local Foodbank.
