I am a trained Coach and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Mentor on the Coach Training Course at Coaching Development Ltd, London accredited by the ICF. As a member of the ICF, I subscribe to their code of professional conduct having 1:1 supervision, mentor and peer coaching.
I coach 1:1 high performing talent and senior leadership teams across a wide range of clients and sectors including finance, technology, retail, professional services, hotels, travel and lifestyle as well as the public and not for profit sectors.

I have twenty years leadership experience in the retail/ brands sector, where I held senior commercial positions at the Mandarin Oriental, Armani and Quintessentially having accountability for commercial targets, multi-million pound financial budgets (P+L) and people development before pursuing formal Coach training.
My corporate background provides first hand experience of fast paced environments whilst the experience of working with a diverse spectrum of people from differing cultures assures the expertise to keep the coaching process flexible, agile, and bespoke to the individual.
Clients describe my style as positive, intuitive, challenging and supportive in equal measure.
The coaching programmes are future and solution focused, results orientated, supporting others to see possibilities and strengths whilst being both pragmatic and motivating. I create an environment where clients feel confident and secure to explore wider options, consider where they are now, identify where they want to be and recognise how they can utilise their unique strengths to get them there. The coaching supports clients to see the bigger picture, and consider the wider systemic context (team, organizational or family).
On a personal note
I have a 20 year practice in mindfulness, annually attending 10 day meditation retreats to maintain and strengthen this practice. This adds depth and a heightened skill set to the core coaching and systemic methodologies.
Having had a prolonged period of ill health and physical burn out during my corporate days and getting chronic fatigue (m.e) I learnt a vast amount about stress and its impact.The signs, how to recognise, avoid and deal with it as well and the role of EI, psychology and the sub-conscious.
I support clients in a calm and reflective environment to increase awareness of the neurological and physiological effects of stress on the body, applying tools to manage it, regain motivation and to reset effectively.
Underpinning my coaching practice, and core belief is that of independent thinking and the power of choice. I'm interested in coaching with the brain in mind, and the integration of left brain (analytical, rational, cognitive processing, problem solving) with the right brain (creative, intuitive, instinctive, empathic, visionary) to raise emotional intelligence and become a more impactful individual and leader living a more integrated and fulfilled life.
Clients come to coaching seeking to further their personal development, increase confidence, gain greater clarity, a sense of renewed purpose and to achieve results.
