About me

You are not an imposter and there is no syndrome.

You are you, exactly as you are, and nothing needs fixing. You deserve to be here.

When we feel out of place or like we're not good enough, it's often because we are sensitive to the way that other people are treating us. We assume that they are right, and that there is a problem, or 'syndrome', and we sometimes conclude that it’s us that is abnormal. This keeps us small and feeling unworthy.

I'm on a mission to change the way we think and talk about the experience of our very real and valid feelings of insecurity.

Recognising the importance of language here is the first step on the path to having more agency over how you want to feel.

Working with me will take you the rest of the way there. Together, we will discover the power of your voice, your unrealised strengths and the values that drive you forward. From this, you can get to the productive work of who you want to be, how you want to lead, and the impact you want to make on others.

Find your WAY to your WHY is my new coaching program for people who ruminate, overthink and experience the so-called 'imposter syndrome'.
