About me
Hello, I’m Kim – a compassionate, down to earth and direct leadership coach with a passion for helping people strive for and reach their full potential. With a background in the financial sector spanning over a decade, I’ve seen firsthand the power of great leadership or the destruction that poor leaders can cause. I’m here to help and support you to harness that power for yourself.
Aside from being a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, I’ve also got a few other strings to my bow, including being a Certified Executive and Career Coach. I have a BSc Hons in Psychology and I am fully fledged in being a psychometric practitioner.
Enough about me – let’s talk about you. Whether you’re a seasoned leader, transitioning into leadership or directorship, or just know that with a few tweaks, your performance could be better for you and your team, I’m here to nudge you forwards and help you to iron out the kinks. From personalised blended coaching and mentoring sessions to bespoke diagnostics including 360 feedback and personality assessments, I’ve got the expertise and experience to firstly, understand you, then work with you to adjust behaviours (not change you) and reap the rewards. We will plan our time together and you will gain a much deeper understanding of yourself to acknowledge your strengths and expertise and become aware of specific areas to work on and develop.
When I’m not busy coaching, you’ll probably find me exploring the great outdoors, spending time with family (nagging about homework) and my dog called Watson, or getting lost in a book if Netflix hasn't commanded my attention.

The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
