About me
Do you work in healthcare - either in a clinical, management or industry role? Is your role causing stress in some way, maybe you're burning out, you're not getting the development you want in your career or you have leadership and management challenges?
I help healthcare industry professionals and clinical practitioners manage the everyday challenges and issues with working in and around healthcare. Whilst great advances are regularly made things have never been tougher for those that work in industry and on the clinical front line with patients. And with over 40 years’ strategic commercial experience working in and around medical devices, diagnostics and clinical provision AND still practicing as a registered nurse, I understand these challenges first hand having lived experience of burnout.
I am honoured to work with healthcare professionals from right across the medical world from medical device sales and marketing to diagnostics, regulatory, dialysis units, hospice and NHS managers. I'm privileged to work with clinicians and currently have nurses, medics, pharmacists and allied healthcare professionals bringing their burnout and other challenges to me. My healthcare clients come to me because I have a current 360 degree exceptionally broad experience from clinical and industry perspectives. 40 years' solid experience counts for a lot. I have a rare degree of insight & experience which enables me to pose questions from a perspective of deep understanding. Crucially, I understand and speak the same language. I have experienced the issues they have and completely understand the area they work in.
Healthcare people come to me with their challenges & issues which we explore in a safe coaching space. I recommend having at least a half hour chat before we start any work - it is so important that you feel comfortable and supported so that you can chat freely. If I'm not the best fit for you I will refer you to other professional coaches I partner with. Once you are happy to proceed we work on a bespoke programme of coaching put together to help you with your individual challenges.

Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
