I am a qualified Personal Performance and Corporate/Executive Coach and I have been practicing Coaching within a corporate business/my own business for 20 years and been very successful in supporting and challenging individuals to find their own strengths.  When we work on ourselves, we gain greater self belief and enjoy seeking our future success and pleasure in both our personal and business lives.

I have used coaching to change my own life and continue to invest in my own coach and coaching supervisor so that I can set more courageous goals.  This also allows me the pleasure of supporting and challenging others to change their lives too.

I am passionate about coaching individuals on both a personal and professional level and wish to work with more individuals and leadership teams who feel ready for my help and support to discover and explore more about themselves.

Being DISC certified means that I can initially get each individual client to gain a better insight as to who they really are.  The DISC profile also is a great support in getting the most from our coaching relationship and helps clients frame goals from a place of reality.

I have attended EFT training and been applying the method successful on myself, friends and family. EFT is known as Emotional Freedom Technique, which in summary it is a form of Energy Psychology.  EFT is used for a range of issues such as phobias to post traumatic stress disorder to serious illnesses and pain. It is thought that EFT works by balancing/eliminating the energy disruption within the body's energy system that is associated with the negative emotions. I use my EFT skills when required to compliment my other coaching tools.

As a coach I believe in practising what I preach and enjoy continued professional development as it helps me live my own daily values (enjoyment, passion and fulfilment).

I am always working on my own personal development and I am presently developing Coaching Supervision Skills with the Coaching Supervision Academy.

Individual Coaching sessions commence from £150.00 per session, when registering for your first session, you will receive some email documentation (or through the post if necessary) to complete and return to me, then each client with receive a free 30-50 minute discovery session before the 1st coaching session commences.

Due to popular demand my special offer continues to remain till further notice (1 deal per client) is the "Anotherway to gain Great Value" Product. You get a total of 3 x 1 hour sessions for personal coaching, commencing from £450.00 when paid upfront in full plus this includes a free intake session and a personal DISC profile.  This price is subject to method of coaching i.e. face to face, over the phone. (e.g.  consultant room fees, travelling costs and additional time taken for travel to and from the session can result in an additional costs).

Many of my clients have previously asked how many sessions would I recommend and I would like to share my findings with you. Generally my clients complete 3 sessions and find that my original recommendation of 6 works well, so they buy another 3. When spending money on personal development I understand that some people will reply that they can not afford to make the investment. I feel this is quite sad, as if you run a car you will ensure you have this serviced on average once per year to make sure it is running well, so what thought does that give you about investing in yourself to ensure you are of a healthy mindset so you can have that life of fulfilment you deserve.
