Fully qualified Therapist & Life/Career Coach (Dip CBT, MAC)

About me

A fully qualified Therapist and Coach with a passion for helping people meet their potential and enjoy their lives.

Motivating and supporting people stuck in an unfulfilling career, allowing them to move towards freedom and find satisfaction at work.

Is your job making you miserable?

At work, you’re feeling dissatisfied, anxious and upset. You feel safe in your job and think that you can’t sacrifice your salary. You tell yourself that it’s normal to dislike work and convince yourself it doesn’t matter. You keep yourself busy, so you don’t have to think about it. You worry that all your hard work will be wasted if you do something different. You’re waiting for retirement, or a lottery win.

I can help you rediscover your passion and drive, find release from unfulfilling work, shed Sunday dread and move towards a career that makes sense.

In my coaching practice, I work with people who look like they have everything they want but feel as if they don’t.

You’re stuck in the mire. I know this feeling well. I was there, before making the decision to completely change careers.

In our time together, you can expect to be compassionately challenged. Many of your reasons for staying in your job will be revealed as fears, masquerading as excuses. Together, we will dismantle them one by one.

I can help you uncover what’s holding you back, what you really want and how you can move forward so that you can feel satisfied with your choices.

You might have a dream job in mind, but I won’t force you to make a mad career change.

Sometimes, a mindset shift or a well-considered change of scene is enough.

Of course, you could always do nothing and stay exactly where you are.

It’s up to you.

Further information

“My coaching from Katie was excellent. I received six sessions and each came back with deeper knowledge around my goal and my inner self through Katie’s questioning, reflections and homework between sessions. Katie is an excellent people person with exceptional active listening skills and built up a safe environment for me to explore my inner self in. I would recommend Katie if you are looking for a coach.”

E.C, Glasgow

“Katie is a fantastic coach. When we first met my circumstances were different to when we finished my coaching, and I went through a bit of an emotional rollercoaster with my thoughts and emotions regarding work. However, Katie really helped me to reflect on my thoughts, actions and confidence when dealing with situations at work which I have benefitted from and can move forward with actions we covered to achieve my goals in the future.

Katie helped me to think and express myself and made me feel comfortable and at ease to share my thoughts and feelings - I would 100% recommend Katie for coaching.”

H.B, London

“Katie is a fantastic coach, who listens deeply and seems to intuit exactly how I am feeling and what deeper behavioural patterns this could relate to. Her suggestions were all tremendously useful to me and I enjoyed the process. I would recommend her as a coach to anyone looking to move forward with their goals, or to simply understand their behaviour and attitudes better. It's so nice to get a bit of perspective.”

K.B, Glasgow

“It has been a challenging year for the team and their resilience has been tested. Katie delivered two excellent virtual sessions for the team on Resilience Building and Stress Management. She developed these based on the team's needs and the sessions were peppered with practical tips that can be applied professionally and personally to manage stress and build resilience. Would highly recommend Katie to any individuals or teams that require support with managing stress and building resilience. Katie’s highly engaging style, approach and excellent use of the time available also ensured that attendees were able to successfully glean maximum value from the sessions.”
