My business - Spark Coaching - has a simple tagline: to activate, to stimulate or to set in motion. To inspire and act as a catalyst for change.
If you are looking to make changes in your life or work - to set a new direction, get focused, inspired or motivated to achieve your personal or professional goals - I am the coach for you.
I am an energising Coach who will put you at ease whilst encouraging you to challenge, drive, and stretch yourself…with a healthy dose of humour thrown in for good measure.
Unlike a lot of coaches out there, alongside my coaching practice I work full-time as a Global Training and Development Specialist for a market leading manufacturing organisation.
When I am not busy with my wonderful day job, my focus switches to Spark Coaching...which is my passion...my inspiration...and the little piece of joy that allows me to focus fully on what I really love to do; working with people and organisations to help individuals achieve their full potential.
It is fair to say that I coach for the love of it - not out of necessity. This allows me to exercise a large degree of discretion with the clients I take on, and I will only work with Clients who I genuinely feel I can serve and support effectively and efficiently with their goals and objectives...whatever they happen to be.
My specialist skill set focuses on Executive and Leadership Development and Personal Development / Lifestyle Coaching.
My primary, preferred or ‘natural’ coaching style is emergent and intuitive, but I will always adapt my style to meet the needs of the Client. I am equally adept at using ‘being’ models of coaching such as Co-Active or Gestalt or using process models of coaching such as GROW or the Solutions Focused Approach. I also possess a broad portfolio of tried and tested in-session activities and creative techniques to really challenge my clients to stretch and challenge themselves.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am accredited by The Academy of Executive Coaching. I completed the Practitioner's Diploma in Executive Coaching with them in 2013 to gain my accreditation, and as part of my ongoing Coaching development I attend quarterly Supervision sessions with an accredited Coaching Supervisor.
I have also completed The Leadership Trust's Coaching Development Course, and continually work to keep my coaching skills and knowledge current.
Areas of coaching I deal with
First 1 hour consultation is free, and should give us plenty of time to get a sense of each other, work out if we are a good fit, and to establish your personal coaching objectives
After that it is £75 per hour or a £400 one-off fee for six sessions
I am always happy to hear from prospective clients and organisations regardless of whether the end result is that I actually end up coaching for you. I am also very happy to answer any general questions you may have about Life or Business + Executive Coaching...so please do get in touch.
