About me

Meet Katie

I coach heart centred entrepreneurs who want to use their business to make the world a better place.

Those who are driven by more than just profit.

Those with an inspiring vision of how the world should be.

Maybe you want to create positive environmental or societal change or you’re supporting an underrepresented group. Maybe you’re focussed on doing business ethically or sustainably or you’re putting people at the heart of your business.

No matter what you’re approach, if you’re in business to positively change the world, then this is the place for you.

How we create change

Your business deserves to win. Because when you win, the world becomes a better place.

But sadly, too many GOOD businesses, with good ideas and good intentions, don’t survive.

Too many people go back to their 9to5s because they can’t generate a sustainable income, they end up stressed from working all hours under the sun, they become paralysed by overwhelm and fear of rejection, and they lose sight of their mission and the reason why they started this in the first place.

I am on a mission to change this.

I can help you to:

– Rediscover and immeasurably grow your confidence, self belief and motivation.

– Get clear on what you want to achieve and where you’re headed.

– Create a powerful business strategy that delivers your mission.

– Formulate strong action plans that make things happen.

– Feel supported and be kept accountable as you step out of your comfort zone.

– Regain control over your work life balance.

So that ultimately, you have the freedom to do what you were put on this earth to do.

Bespoke support

Every entrepreneur’s position and circumstances are unique, meaning that sometimes you need the coaching to be designed around you.

The bespoke support I offer enables us to build a coaching programme that services your needs- varying the length of sessions, the frequency we chat, how and where we do it.

We have a 30minute exploratory chat to determine what support you’re looking for, and then we jointly decide on what would work best for you.

How it works:

All bespoke coaching is £100 for 60minutes.

Here are three popular approaches.

“I’m stuck on one particular challenge and I just need to talk it out and get some clarity.”

-> 90min session + 30minute accountability follow up session 2weeks later: £200

“I need to take some time out and step back from my business so I can work on my strategy and think about the bigger picture.”

-> 1/2 day session (4hours) + 30minute accountability follow up session 2weeks later: £450

“I want to focus on my personal development and achieve some scary-big goals, I need longer term support and accountability to keep me motivated.”

-> Month 1: 1hour session every week + Months 2-4: 1 hour session every other week: £1,000

How we connect:

Coaching can take place face to face, over the phone or via a video call.

Over the phone: ideal for those who do not live close by, want to fit this in around a busy schedule, think better when they’re not looking at someone.

Video call: ideal for those who do not live close by, want to fit this in around a busy schedule, and can focus better when they can see the other person.

Face to face: ideal for those who live near Winchester or London, like connecting in person and want to take lots of notes.

Walking: ideal for those who live near Winchester or London, like the outdoors and do their best thinking when on their feet and in the fresh air.

My approach

Support. Challenge. Fun.

Support: I create a safe environment, confidential and free from judgement where you feel able to be your most open and honest self. I listen very well so that you not only heard but also understood. You will never feel alone throughout this process, I will always be at your side to remind you of your strengths and capabilities when you’ve lost sight of them, and to help you tap back into your motivation.

Challenge: My job is to help you uncover your blind spots and become the best you can be. To do this, with your permission, I will challenge you to be bolder, try different things, hold yourself to a higher standard and remain true to who you are and your mission.

Fun: I really enjoy what I do and I want my clients to enjoy what they do too. It is through enjoying the journey and having fun along the way, that we learn to laugh at ourselves and learn from our mistakes. We develop a positive mindset, looking for the blessings and opportunities in all that’s thrown our way. We become more human and more open, drawing others to us and bringing out the best in them too.
