I have studied self-improvement and the art of coaching for many years. I started learning as a way to help myself through my own struggles with confidence, self-esteem and anxiety. I then furthered my studies to answer my calling to help others.
I know first-hand how crippling these issues can be and the huge impact they can have in areas of life such as relationships and career.
That is why I am not only here as emotional support but also as your coach to help you discover your inner goddess and start living the amazing life that's meant just for you.
Coaching is more than setting a goal; it is about changing your life; about becoming the person you were meant to be and finally seeing your own true greatness.

In my coaching sessions, we work together to help you to rediscover who you are, what your values are and what you want to change moving forward. We will then clarify your goals and priorities, identifying obstacles and move forward building both a positive mindset and increased self-esteem.

How It Works
Our online sessions are 60 minutes long and conducted via Zoom.
In these tailored sessions I will:
- Help guide you through breaking down your limiting beliefs and tackling any current issues holding you back.
- Help you dive deeper into who you are, what you value and what you want.
- Encourage weekly goal setting with support and encouragement.
- Provide you with resources, tools and homework to aid you in your journey outside of our sessions.
We can also use guided mindfulness practices and gratitude highlights to encourage a positive mindset for change
