About me

I love the variety of people in the world - and I am passionate that individuals be who they truly are - without fear or blocks. Sometimes it is difficult in life to find someone who will genuinely listen to you without their own agenda. I love giving people the space to work out what they really, think, feel and want - and helping them achieve this; whether that be related to self-development: such as confidence, motivation & self-esteem; work or personal matters.

I have a diploma in Transformational Coaching as well as qualifications in Psychology (with Maths) & Counselling.  I am able to offer coaching on a session by session basis, but I also love working with clients longer term.  I offer the first session for just £25.

About me: I have a husband and 2 kids. My Christian faith is important to me & before becoming a coach I spent my time working in the charity sector. Check out my website for more information and to book an initial session; or contact me directly to find out more.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
