Finding your Inner Tiger

All of us possess an Inner Tiger of strength and calm that enables us to achieve our personal goals and deal with the challenges that life can throw at us.  At times in our lives, perhaps when we lack motivation or can't quite get to where we want to be, or feel that life should be more fulfilling and calmer, we may need support in finding this Inner Tiger. 

I can help you find your Inner Tiger using either Life-Coaching or Mindfulness Training or a combination of both.

How it Works

I offer a convenient on-line one to one service using video-calling platforms such as Zoom with a FREE initial, no obligation consultation to discuss what would work best for your individual needs. Once we have established the goal or goals you want to work towards, we will then arrange the follow on 60 min coaching sessions, in a way that best suit your needs. You will not be obliged to sign up for a minimum number of sessions - the process is flexible.

How will Life-Coaching benefit you ?

Life coaching will enable you to learn more about yourself - including your strengths, capabilities and motivations and will develop your sense of self-belief and empower you towards your goals. At no point will you be told what you do, nor given an opinion. That is not coaching. Instead you will discover, though skilled communication, how to find your own way forward using this positive and powerful process.

Having also studied NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) within my coaching training, an area within neuroscience that considers non-verbal communication and the qualities needed for an individual to excel in life, I believe that I bring enhanced skills to the coaching process as a result that will will increase its effectiveness.

Mindfulness training is an ancient art that gives you practical skills for life, enabling it to be calmer and more fulfilling.  By teaching self-awareness and how to focus on the present moment, you will be able to better manage everyday stresses and benefit from the increased powers of paying attention and noticing what is around you. My training includes short but powerful and relaxing mindful meditations that you will be able to access and listen to at your convenience.

I believe passionately in the power of these disciplines because I too have benefitted personally from life coaching and mindfulness training in the past. My own experience motivated to train as a practitioner myself so that others could benefit in the same way that I did.

  • Level 5 Diploma in Performance Coaching with NLP, accredited by the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists ( NCIP, formerly the NCP).
  • Mindfulness and Mindful Meditation teacher, Australian Qualifications Framework
  • City and Guilds Level 4 award in PTLLS - Adult teaching qualification
  • Diploma in Positive Psychology 

I have been teaching Mindfulness since 2015, both in the UK and in Australia and more recently qualified as a Life Coach. I have also taught Positive Psychology. Testimonials are available on my website.

Free initial online session

Additional information

I charge £60 for a full hour via video-conferencing such as Zoom , with a free 30-45 min initial consultation. There is no obligation to continue with paid sessions following the initial consultation. 

Any discounts for multiple sessions can be agreed as necessary.

Originally trained as a scientist and with some teaching experience, I use a pragmatic, friendly and down to earth approach in my coaching and mindfulness training and being from the north west, there may even be appropriate elements of humour !

I always explain the concepts behind Mindfulness and Life Coaching in my practise as I believe that understanding is the key to getting the best out of these disciplines.
