About me

My coaching programme works with you to explore the change you want to make in your life.  You might already know, you might want to find out.

The sessions are yours. I am there to help you see new possibilites and to challenge you on what might be stopping you. Coaching is in no way doom and gloom it is so future focused that it can feel like a weight being lifted

My sotrytelling workshops help you to plan, script and deliver the story you want to tell whether it be online or in person.  Using 25 years plus experience working with presenters in corporate events and conferences.  I know what works and how to help you. I will bring in an actor to the latter part of the process to give you tips on tone and delivery. This is an unusual offering based on practical experience, not theory.

You can start with a taster session and decide what works for you.

My coaching has successfully helped those coached to gain confidence in dealing with interview anxiety and go on to successfully win the job, in gaining a new perspective on their life in the bigger picture and enable more positive change in all areas of their lives.

My storytelling workshops help you create a compelling story to draw people into your world.  We work towards your filming a 5 minute video not as your final offering but as practice.  It feels like a mountain to climb.  You will come out feeling so much more confident to scale the process up.

Other areas of coaching I deal with

I would like to start with a conversation about what you are looking to solve so that we can decide if we are a good fit.

I am a great believer in coaching.  I've been coached too and found it to be massively helpful in putting me on a track where I feel I am being true to myself.  This I think is the key.  Who you are!

I have gone through the storytelling process for my own purposes.  It can feel infuriating but the process is so immensely useful

Further information

I am used to working with people under pressure and feeling insecure.  My approach works in bringing increased confidence and belief in possibilities.

Stories have been the bedrock of my work. Stories in theatre, stories in coaching, stories in presentations.

I believe in a completely honest 'no waffle' approach to get solutions derived from onsite experience.

Having worked successfully for many years, involving global travel and meeting a diverse mix of people I have a lot to offer from my lifetime of experience.

I am skilled in working under pressure to deliver live events, in collaborating with teams to avoid conflict and achieve results.
