About me

I'm a certified Mindfulness and Transformational Coach and I support people to make the changes they need in order to live the lives they truly want. Helping them to have freedom from negative and unhelpful thoughts and instead to feel joy and more connected to themselves and others.

My approach blends ancient mindfulness wisdom with the latest neuroscience and transformative coaching techniques for long lasting meaningful outcomes.

I work with individuals who are looking to remove that sense of overwhelm, stress and anxiety in their lives. Who might feel depressed and helpless but know there’s more to life.

I also offer mindfulness courses, leadership programs and workshops to corporates.

One of my favourite things in life is to spend time cooking and eating good food with friends and family. I love hiking and being by the sea. I practice yoga whenever I can and love to explore the world. Currently I'm (slowly) learning Spanish and the drums!

CLIENTS FEEDBACK

“I approached Kate as I felt I needed to embrace mindfulness further and work through some past difficulties I had experienced. Kate was warm, understanding, gave me alternative perspectives to consider along with mindfulness practices to use day to day. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kate to anyone looking to open their mind, heart and being, to practice mindfulness in their lives. Thank you so much Kate for making such a difference.”

“Kate is always open, patient, nurturing and observant. She navigates the sessions so that there is an equal balance of freedom to talk and manoeuvrability but also channelling the session in a focussed way. Kate gives helpful exercises and questions which result in interesting personal discoveries and useful tools to apply to everyday life. She is great! I recommend!”

“I’ve come a long way and I feel better and different from how I felt a few weeks ago. I’m surprised at how much I’m doing. It feels like a lot has changed.”

“Kate’s sessions have helped springboard my understanding and application of mindfulness and meditation. Kate provided a safe space for the group to explore and apply their learning, with practical application hints and tips to practice in the weeks between the sessions. The benefits of these techniques were immediately apparent.”

“These sessions definitely helped me become more effective in my job. They helped me become aware about myself and enabled me to manage my own wellbeing.”

“I wasn’t living the life I wanted to live but now I am happier and my family is happier too.”

“My tinnitus was controlling me but now I’m controlling it and I’ve learned to accept it. When I do notice it I just get on with what I’m doing and I just forget that it’s there. If I hadn’t had help I would have had a terrible time.”

“My main takeaways included the importance of care for one’s self, connection with others, ways to recognise/ manage/ face stressors more sustainably.”

“Kate was my coach for a series of 4 mindfulness sessions. Although the sessions were online, Kate was able to immediately create a safe and quiet space, open for us to share our thoughts and ask our questions. I really enjoyed these sessions. It gave my interest in Mindfulness a new spark of positive energy and made me be more present throughout my daily life.”

“I tried to meditate in the past but only after I did these guided sessions did I start to see the purpose and value of it.”

“I now think there are other ways of being successful, rather than just working hard and being good at a job.”

“It is rare that I truly feel that a light bulb went off in my head with new insights and this did happen in this course. I think I will benefit from this for the rest of my life.”

“I have just completed an 8 week course of weekly mindfulness sessions and really enjoyed learning and experiencing what mindfulness practice and tools are. It was valuable to learn ways I can integrate them into busy personal and working life. Thank you Kate, for guiding us through each session, explaining everything so well with real life examples and creating an atmosphere perfect for learning all about the practices and tools. I would definitely recommend these sessions to friends and colleagues.”

“I now have a self centric approach to happiness - rather than it being around how other people in my life feel.”

“Just wrapped up a 9 week mindfulness course with Kate. So thankful for her insight, attentiveness and communication. The course content is fantastic but having a coach that is invested in my growth has made this a truly wonderful experience. It was a perfect combination! I find myself drawing from the new set of skills that I have learned daily. This course truly has been inspiring and challenging in so many ways. Highly recommended.”

“This is a very useful approach that will not only benefit general wellness, but also productivity, team spirit and talent attraction/retention.”

“The daily check-in is really helpful. Before this I felt like I was starting the day with chaos.”

“Spending time just for myself has become possible now.”

“Mindfulness unlocks the power of who we are and our potential.”
