I'm a certified Mindfulness and Transformational Coach and I support people to make the changes they need in order to live the lives they truly want. Helping them to have freedom from negative and unhelpful thoughts and instead to feel joy and more connected to themselves and others.
My approach blends ancient mindfulness wisdom with the latest neuroscience and transformative coaching techniques for long lasting meaningful outcomes.
I work with individuals who are looking to remove that sense of overwhelm, stress and anxiety in their lives. Who might feel depressed and helpless but know there’s more to life.
I also offer mindfulness courses, leadership programs and workshops to corporates.
One of my favourite things in life is to spend time cooking and eating good food with friends and family. I love hiking and being by the sea. I practice yoga whenever I can and love to explore the world. Currently I'm (slowly) learning Spanish and the drums!

UK International Coach Federation
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
