About me
I offer clients a solutions focused approach to coaching. I support clients to gain a deep understanding of what is happening for them, what is getting in their way and how this impacts behaviour and relationships with those around them, both at home and work. I believe coaching can support an individual to unlock potential and deliver results.
I am accredited by EMCC Global as a Senior Practitioner, with a backstory in psychotherapy and counselling and 20 years’ experience in HR leadership roles within global law firms. I bring my unique blend of strategic leadership, people-centred understanding and under the hood psychological perspective to my practice as a coach.
I work both in person and online. I see clients in person in the City of London and in the Gatwick area on the Surrey/West Sussex border.
Training, qualifications & experience
EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) and Professional Designation at Senior Practitioner level.
Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling

EMCC UK is part of the Europe-wide European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
Together their aim is to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.

Attending a first session gives you an opportunity to see if I'm the right coach for you and establish what it is you would like to work with. Prior to that first session, we would arrange to speak on the telephone to undertake an initial assessment of your coaching goals
