I've worked in busy, changeable and customer-facing organisations for my whole working life, and for 18 years in People leadership roles in highly technical organisations. I have built and led teams - HR, Recruitment, highly skilled teams and C-suite roles, and built award-winning talent solutions.
I do what I do now because I believe everyone and every business has potential. The things we most want from life are governed by the way you think, feel and act - habits.
