About me

I work with busy high performers who are stuck, want to be more, discover more, learn more, and be their best self at any point during their career.

  • They don't want to let their teams down.
  • They don't want to be seen as failing.
  • They want to be successful like they used to be.
  • They want more support than their organisations can provide.
  • They want to hire quicker and build a brand that attracts brilliant people.
  • They are faced with relentless change, and more.
  • They want someone in their corner.

Everything I do is to help people inspire themselves; to see their world from a different perspective and continue their success.

Most people think that achieving a title, money, recognition and elevate to be the smartest and most knowledgeable person is everything. However, it’s an often lonely journey and if you are the smartest person in the room you are in the wrong room.

I've worked in busy, changeable and customer-facing organisations for my whole working life, and for 18 years in People leadership roles in highly technical organisations. I have built and led teams - HR, Recruitment, highly skilled teams and C-suite roles, and built award-winning talent solutions.

I do what I do now because I believe everyone and every business has potential. The things we most want from life are governed by the way you think, feel and act - habits.

Any of these resonate with you? Then let's talk.
