Additional information

I offer all new clients a 30 minute FREE, no-obligation telephone call to discuss your needs and to see if coaching is the right thing for you.

If you decide to go ahead my fees are dependant on whether coaching is face to face or by telephone/FaceTime/Skype. Also depending on where the meetings take place may result in a small additional charge for travel costs.

As a guide my introductory price structure is:

  • Individual face to face sessions from £80 per hour
  • Telephone or Skype/FaceTime from £65 per hour

You may feel a one-off session for 60 or 90 minutes is what you need or may decide several 60 minute sessions over a period of time would be more beneficial. It’s entirely up to you.

All coaching is supported by emails before and after each session.

I can be flexible with timings and can work with you during weekdays and Saturday mornings.

Client Feedback

"Working with Julia was just what I needed to get me through a tough spot and to rekindle my motivation to succeed in my business. Julia is a great listener and has a toolkit full of useful things to help dig into an issue or challenge and help you understand and find a way to resolve it. Her guidance is pragmatic, effective and focused."  February 2021

I have found the sessions really helpful and energising. They have allowed me time to reflect and think critically around my career development. The setting of goals helped keep me focused and on task. I have really appreciated the time to think about my transferable skills, how to present my portfolio of experience and clarify where I see my skill set sitting in the future"

"This was the first coaching course I have completed; The three sessions were structured, relaxed and really useful, I was encouraged to discuss my development and goals to ultimately initiate this myself with suggestions and input from Julia as a guide.

“I fed back at each session to Julia my progress and together we discussed the next steps for me to aim towards in relation to my goals. Overall I found the experience thought-provoking and beneficial and would like to thank Julia for her input”

“The opportunity to receive coaching from Julia has been very positive, at a time where I was unsure in which direction to take my career, the coaching has allowed me to regain focus and be able to look for career opportunities which capture my talents, skills and release the potential and passion I have”

“I found Julia very compassionate and understanding, but was able to remain objective in the ideas we discussed.”

“I always feel very self-motivated following our discussions and will definitely consider accessing further coaching with Julia.”

"Julia's coaching sessions have been excellent and effective. Julia helped me to firstly decide on the main goals I wanted to set for myself and helped guide me to take the steps necessary to start working towards their achievement. Since completing my six sessions I have much more of a focus on what I need to do to better position myself for the future. Julia helped me to set goals and steps to achieve those goals whilst always being supportive, non-judgmental and enthusiastic. Thank you."

A great impact, it has helped me gain more confidence in myself and how I could change career”
