About me

Working with single mothers that are experiencing a disconnect within themselves to reconnect to their self- worth and show up in the world as empowered women, havingĀ  better relationships with themselves and their children.

To be a single parent can be overwhelming especially when your support system is low. As a single mum myself I understand the particular challenges around parenting and taking care of yourself. You may find that you spread yourself thin trying to be the best parent you can be only to find that you neglect yourself in other areas of your life; such as your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Neglecting yourself can be a very easy hole to fall into and at times feel as though you can't get out. The good news is you can always find a way out and re-connect to a more confident version of you that takes into consideration your wants and needs to live a more happier, fulfilled life.

What can you expect from me as your Coach?
During a coaching session with me you will be listened to as we work together to communicate with your soul on a deeper level. We will unravel information that will revealĀ  the blocks that are holding you back from achieving the life you deserve. We will then explore the options available to you to take action and bring about positive change in your life.

What appeals to me about being a Coach?

I am very passionate about helping single mothers look at their life from a differently lens. Some people may view challenges in their life as the glass being either half full or half empty; as a coach I enjoy exploring these challenges and offer the tools and support to handle them in a positive way.

What makes me want to help others?

I believe there's a bright light shining in each and everyone of us and we all deserve to embrace it. Coaching is an amazing tool that can help people find direction and create positive long lasting change in their life.

How do you work?

I work remotely via Skype and by phone. A session with me lasts 60 minutes. Sessions are to be bought as a course.

An initial Chemistry call is arranged to see if we are a good fit for working together. If we are I will send some forms for you to fill in and return.

Payments are to be made in full before the sessions commence.

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy.
