Wellbeing Life Coaching and Menopause Support

I’m a Wellbeing Life Coach helping women over forty to make positive long-lasting changes, so they can live and embrace a healthier, happier life.

We all know how easy it is to lose touch with our mental, emotional and physical needs, don’t we? Let me help you to refocus your mind so you can reboot your wellbeing.

Perhaps you feel stuck in a rut, have lost direction or you simply want someone to support and motivate you through a time of change?

As your Wellbeing Life Coach, I promise to put all my energy into guiding you and inspiring you to connect with and rebalance your:

Head: thoughts (mental wellbeing)

Heart: feelings (emotional wellbeing)

Body: health (physical wellbeing)

During our time together I will take you on a journey of self-discovery, where we will create goal-focused solutions so you can unlock positive outcomes and enhance your overall sense of wellbeing.

We will achieve this by using tools and techniques based on the basic principles of cognitive behavioural therapy and positive psychology’s model of wellbeing.

Do you need specific help navigating your journey through the menopause?

I also help and support women who are experiencing mental, emotional and physical symptoms of the menopause and I can tailor my coaching to focus entirely on this.

My Wellbeing Journey

My journey to a healthier and happier life started when I hit perimenopause in my late forties. I experienced debilitating symptoms which had a negative impact on my overall sense of wellbeing.

It was at this point in my life where I really didn’t know what I wanted to do. I felt stuck in a rut and completely lost. I retired from nursing and successfully completed an MSc in Business Management, but soon realised this new avenue did not fill me with passion because I still had a desire to help and support people.

I volunteered at a charity called Happy City, where I attended a course called ‘Wellbeing Champions Training’. This training had a massive impact on me and was the turning point I had been looking for. This led me to train as a Wellbeing Life Coach and have since become an accredited foundation coach with Association for Coaching.

Your step-by-step journey to a healthier, happier life (10 sessions)

This is a unique in depth, step-by-step journey that will help you to reboot and maintain your overall sense of wellbeing. During our time together I will take you on a journey of self-discovery, where we will create goal-focused solutions so you can unlock positive outcomes and enhance your overall sense of wellbeing.

We will achieve this by using tools and techniques based on the basic principles of cognitive behavioural therapy and positive psychology’s model of wellbeing. To ensure ongoing focus and accountability you will be given a personal wellbeing life journal to complete at home.

This is face-to-face at my coaching room on Cotham Hill, Bristol

£810 for ten 90-minute session or £90 per session.

Your journey to a healthier, happier life (6 sessions)

This is a unique journey that will help you to reboot your overall sense of wellbeing. During our time together I will take you on a journey of self-discovery, where we will create goal-focused solutions so you can unlock positive outcomes and enhance your overall sense of wellbeing.

We will achieve this by using tools and techniques based on the basic principles of cognitive behavioural therapy and positive psychology’s model of wellbeing. To ensure ongoing focus and accountability you will be given a personal wellbeing life journal to complete at home.

This can be done over the phone, zoom, skype or face-to-face at my coaching room on Cotham Hill, Bristol

£324 for six 60-minute session or £60 per session.

Making sense of your wellbeing needs (1 session)

During each session we will focus on your wellbeing needs so you can create goal-focused solutions that will unlock positive outcomes. This will enhance your overall sense of wellbeing by you connecting with and rebalancing your head, heart and body.

This can be done over the phone, zoom, skype or face-to-face at my coaching room on Cotham Hill, Bristol.

£60 for an initial 60-minute session.

Making sense of your wellbeing vision (1 session)

During this session, you will create your own individual vision board by building a collage of words and pictures that represent your goals. This will enable you to activate the powers of your subconscious mind and attract you to people, resources and opportunities you need to achieve those goals.

This is face-to-face at my coaching room on Cotham Hill, Bristol

£160 for one three-hour session, including all materials.

Making sense of your wellbeing future (1 days coaching)

During the morning we will focus on your wellbeing needs so you can create goal-focused solutions that will unlock positive outcomes. This will enhance your overall sense of wellbeing enabling you to connect with and rebalance your head, heart and body.

During the afternoon you will create your own individual vision board building a collage of words and pictures that represent your goals. This will enable you to activate the powers of your subconscious mind and attract you to people, resources and opportunities you need to achieve those goals.

This is face-to-face at my coaching room on Cotham Hill, Bristol

£270 for five-hours coaching, including all materials.

Making sense of your menopause symptoms (1 session)

During this initial session we will talk through your experience of the menopause so far and how it is having an impact on your overall sense of wellbeing. I will guide you on the changes that can be made to make the experience more positive so you can embrace this period of your life.

This can be done over the phone, zoom, skype or face-to-face at my coaching room on Cotham Hill, Bristol.
