I have more than 15 years experience of successfully delivering coaching and mentoring for personal and professional development. In the same way that a sports coach enables elite athletes to perform at their best, I will help you maximise use of your unique set of skills and abilities. All coaching packages are bespoke and therefore priced according to venue, time of day, duration, single or block bookings, but fees are negotiable and an important topic to discuss and agree during an initial consultation. Choosing the right coach and agreeing a way of working that best suits you and your needs are important steps at the start of the process. I understand how crucial it is for the person to feel that that they can talk openly in a supportive, non-judgmental, confidential environment; that's why I offer and make no charge for an initial first meeting at which all these important factors can be freely discussed.

Enabling people to make small changes that make a big difference to the way they feel about themselves, their situation and relationships, is the hallmark of my coaching practice. I believe that the key to maximising potential is first to find out someone thinks and learns, and then empower them to utilise their skills, talents and resourcefulness. That’s why I first started to provide coaching more than 15 years ago as a specialist training consultant, to enhance the range of personal and professional development initiatives I could offer.
In leadership and management roles I have 20 years experience working within the public and not-for-profit sectors, as well as commercial experience in the communications, retail and hospitality industries.
With the ability to quickly understand and interpret the vision and values of an organisation I am able facilitate development aligned to specific business objectives. I recognise how important it is to draw out potential and resourcefulness, enabling people to achieve more, yet feel less stress or pressure.
