Coaching is a powerful process and I am passionate about the change it can bring about. It can help you alter your personal and/or professional life: move in a new direction, change jobs, start a business, improve your performance, enhance your relationships with others, help develop specific skills,- to name just some situations when coaching is of benefit. Often these areas are not stand alone, one aspect of life may impact on another.
I work collaboratively with my clients to facilitate their achievements which have a lasting effect in their personal lives and/or careers. Sometimes you may not know what needs to happen next but realise that finding a new direction is important and coaching can help here as well.
The process takes into account the whole: your values, needs, relationships and goals. The aim is to help you to understand yourself better, to work on the barriers that may be holding you back and to identify how to achieve what you want or perhaps discover what you want and then how to get there.
Coaching is confidential and I offer a safe non-judgemental space where you can discover what the right goal is for you and what needs to be done, in manageable motivated steps.
My earlier career was spent at Director level in both small and large organisations so I have experience and familiarity with the issues and challenges of corporate life. As a practising psychotherapist I bring the skills of that discipline to the coaching relationship, realising that there are many factors that affect how easily we are able to bring about change.
Coaching takes place by telephone, Skype and Face-2-Face depending on availability and location.
