I offer online coaching via video calls, providing a convenient option for your busy life. For clients in Cardiff, in-person meetings are also available. Regardless of the mode, coaching sessions are a safe, strictly confidential space. Most sessions last an hour and are scheduled every one to three weeks based on your goals and needs. In between sessions, you'll take action, and I'll provide email support to boost your motivation, track your progress, and celebrate your victories.
