Jon is a qualified Coaching Supervisor, a member of the International Coaching Federation - Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Associate with Barefoot Coaching, a Founder Member of the Trusted Coaching Directory and is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Step II, licensed operator (psychometric profiling).

Training, qualifications & experience
Jon has a Post Graduate qualification in Business and Personal Coaching, a Post Graduate qualification in Coaching Supervision, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management, a fellow member of the Institute of Hospitality, a member of the East Midlands Chamber of Commerce, and is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator licensed operator (psychometric profiling).
He has been an accredited Business Mentor with the Nottinghamshire Business Ventures, Business Coach with East Midlands Development Agency ‘High Growth Programme’, and was a registered and approved Growth Coach for Growth Accelerator.
He has worked with a variety of sectors of business including Airline (private jet company), Architects, a Banking company, Borough Councils, Citizens Advice Bureau, Contract Caterers, Defence, Facilities and Property Management companies, Health Retreats, Housing Associations, Hotels, International Accountancy/Consultancy company, International Oil and Petrochemical organisations, Law firms, Medical Doctors, Pub and Leisure companies, Retail companies, Recycling company, Telecommunications, and Veterinary organisations.

UK International Coach Federation
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Fees
Fees will be discussed following an exploratory meeting to clarify what specific coaching is required, the number of sessions and where the coaching is to take place.
Availability
I am available in the evenings during the week and Saturday mornings.

It is important that Jon meets with the person or has a Skype or telephone conversation, before any coaching starts to clarify what outcomes are expected and for the coachee to feel that they are comfortable being coached by Jon.
