Hi, I'm Johnny,

I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master NLP Practitioner working with Founders, Entrepreneurs, Leaders, Senior Executives, Leadership Teams and private clients, in the UK and from around the world. I passionately believe in ’empowering change’ and coach clients to help them unlock their potential, improve their performance, gain clarity and develop a growth mindset to help them achieve their ambitions and dreams – I believe we have greatness within each and every one of us.

Background

Before becoming a Coach, my business experience spans over 25 years as an award-winning entrepreneur running my own digital businesses and as a qualified consultant working with numerous businesses to help them innovate and grow.  Having been an entrepreneur, I know what it’s like. I’ve been there and have also worked side-by-side with true visionaries to help them make their business dreams a reality.

Entrepreneur Coaching

My Entrepreneur Coaching is designed to help Entrepreneurs unlock their potential, create a vision that drives them, set clear goals, develop a laser focused plan, improve their personal effectiveness and productivity, and track performance. And, at the heart of my coaching, I help clients to work on their inner game. To develop a mindset to help them overcome the day-to-day challenges and show-up as the amazing leaders they are, on the path to achieving their ambitions and dreams.

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching for senior executives within fast paced funded start-ups and growing tech organisations. I provide a challenging and supportive working partnership where we work together to help gain self awareness and insights, improve confidence, develop skills, unlock your potential, gain clarity on your goals, enhance effective action and goal achievement, and progress on your development journey. I also offer a 'First 90 day' programme to help Executives accelerate their integration into a new role or current executives transitioning to a new role/promotion.

Transition Coaching

My Transition Coaching programme is for Senior Professionals established in their career and Entrepreneurs, who are in life or career transition and asking themselves ‘what’s next?’

We all go through transitions in our lives. They often cause us to reflect and ask, ‘Who am I?’ ‘What’s important to me?’ What’s my purpose?’ and, ‘What do I want from my future?’

Life and career transitions can often be challenging and confusing, we can feel stuck and have a sense that ‘things just don’t feel right’ or that we’re ‘out of alignment with ourselves. They can be a period of re-evaluation or re-assessment, exploration and looking for something more from life. However, they’re also an opportunity for positive personal development and growth.

Team Coaching

Having built and managed teams and helped Entrepreneurs to structure their teams and form agile teams, I'm a certified Systemic Team Coach and am offering a pilot programme for the first few clients.

Systemic team coaching is aimed at helping forward-thinking organisations to build highly effective teams that can co-create value for all of their stakeholders. The Systemic Team Coaching programme runs over a designated period of time and is designed in collaboration with the team to help enable it to:

• Collaborate and learn across diversity
• Develop collective leadership (team as a whole)
• Achieve performance objectives
• Effectively engage with their key stakeholder groups
• Help to jointly transform the wider business

Transformational Life Coaching

I also offer Transformational life coaching for people committed to making a change in their lives.

My Coaching Approach

I blend my training in Transformational Coaching, NLP, Positive Psychology Coaching and Corporate Coaching to deliver an approach to coaching that combines performance based coaching with transformational coaching.

Coaching can help you to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. It can help you to achieve your goals, improve leadership and performance and help you to be more responsive to change.

I work with people who have big dreams and are committed to making a positive change in their lives. I have a non-directive, client-led coaching approach, which means that I support and facilitate you to identify your own answers and do not give advice. Coaching is forward focused and is not consulting or therapy.
