I have a real passion for Coaching and look forward to working with individuals or groups who are diverse in there own approach to life.

Training, qualifications & experience

With a wealth of life experiences and over 25 years’ knowledge of senior and executive roles within global businesses, I have a grounded holistic approach to my work in coaching.
Strong leadership and management skills have facilitated coaching and mentoring of individuals and groups, to optimise working potential and identify future leaders.
I recognised a need for a change in direction of my life choices, that has now enabled me to inspire others to identify their true potential.

An associate member of the ‘European Mentoring and Coaching Council’ and a diploma in Life Coaching, with a continuation for self-development.

I look forward to working with you, so you too can embrace your journey.

Together their aim is to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.

I offer a free 30-45 minute introductory session; this will enable us to discuss your requirements and ensure we have a mutual trust and agreed acceptance of terms; this could be by phone or Zoom/Skype

Further Sessions:

Adult: £65 per 1 hour session

Young person (16-18yr): £40 per 1 hour session

10 Session booked in advance:

Adult: £500

Young person (16-18yr): £350

Business and Executive Coaching Fees available dependent on individual or group coaching requirements.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Life Coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
