I offer career ,coaching , personal development coaching and confidence coaching . I also have twenty five years experience working with parents and teachers as a parenting and teen coach . I have a special interest in coaching to develop self esteem and resilience after complex loss bereavement and trauma . Session times can be flexible to suit your schedule and changing needs . My clients improve their mindset and wellbeing, decrease their stress levels and make career changes, while building confidence . I offer a confidential discreet coaching space in St Albans with ample free parking . Currently we can work by phone and zoom . We can address all aspects of career, personal development, health and well-being .

Association for Coaching

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
