About me

I coach individuals, teams and leaders. If you are looking in this directory you’ll know that coaching is more than a chat. I work with you to create a safe, non-judgemental, future-facing conversation that enables options, choice and intentional action. For some it is about personal issues, life and relationships, others about furthering professional potential, team dynamics or managing new situations at work.

I am a parent of two young adults and have experience in leadership roles in the corporate world, SMEs, entrepreneurial startups and the Youth Charity sector.  Along with coaching leaders, teams and individuals, I am passionate about being able to offer coaching to those that would find it less accessible.

I’m known for being collaborative, inquisitive, and empathetic, with a little tenacious good humour to draw out the best in people, whilst challenging and stretching you to discover, uncover or recover your potential.

Training, qualifications & experience

If you are facing uncertainty and disruption you are not alone. Unfortunately, this feels set to remain and will require presence, resilience and purpose on the part of leadership, teams and ourselves, as individuals and parents.

Coaching starts with rapport and trust, without which creative transformative thoughts and ideas don't emerge. With broad life, leadership and SME experience I work with you as you create a space of clarity, insight and intent.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
