About me
I specialise in supporting people who are experiencing difficulties in the workplace and want to work with a coach to explore their options and find the solutions that will work for them.
I provide kind insightful solutions that will improve your performance, develop your career, manage stress or resolve conflict at work.
You maybe feeling exhausted, anxious or completely overwhelmed and feel you just don't know what to do next. You maybe in conflict with colleagues or at a crossroads in your career. You may even be involved in a grievance, performance issue or an investigation. Coaching can support you to reduce the stress and help you decide on the right path for you. It can help you become clearer about the decisions and actions you need to take and help you feel more in control.
There is always a way to improve situations, we sometimes just need a little support with the journey to find the right path. I work in a very person centred way and incorporate the right skills to support you with your individuals needs.
