About me

I am a friendly personal development life coach who will support and guide you to live your best life and together we will find what really makes you happy.

I discovered life coaching myself when I needed a new direction due to approaching 50, menopause and looking for a new purpose in my life after my children had grown up.

What is life coaching?

It is specific and goal orientated. It concentrates on your individual strengths to deal with challenges, achieve goals and improve the quality of your life.

What I can help you with?
I will support and encourage you through any barriers you may have.   I will give you the belief and confidence that you can make positive changes in your life. I will always find a positive, no matter how small, to help you to feel that progress is being made and that you can achieve your goals.

What can you expect?

Together we will explore what it is you want to change and challenge any beliefs that may be holding you back.  We will look at your unique strengths and qualities and find out what makes you Happy.
