Working with me
I'm passionate about helping people flourish - living wholeheartedly in their work, relationships and communities.
I typically work with 25-45 year olds who are navigating transitions and times of change. Although the nature of the transition and the ‘presenting problem’ varies, what lies beneath is often a desire to live a more wholehearted life – where values, strengths, meaning, relationships and contribution align.
In my coaching sessions clients experience a sense of held-spaciousness, where they are met with a grounded, compassionate presence. Through deepening awareness, we explore relational, embodied and creative ways to journey ‘inside out’ through life, co-creating experiments to support new choices, deeper meaning and lasting change in the service of a wholehearted life.
These sessions may include LEGO Serious Play techniques or nature-based settings upon request.
At the end of our time together, clients commonly report a sense of ease in place of anxiety, the ability to sit with and be curious about ‘tough’ emotions, clearer perspective on what is possible, and deeper trust in themselves.
My approach is primarily Gestalt-based but I lean on researchers and authors across a variety of psychological and relational sciences including Susan David, Brené Brown, and Richard Boyatzis.
I believe that transformation can be found in our greatest joys and sufferings – if we have the courage to remain in the discomfort long enough to learn its lessons.
My journey into liminality began with parenthood and mental ill health, followed by supportive therapy, a two year leadership programme and professional mentoring. Four years of breaking apart but transforming into something new – just like LEGO bricks.
During that time I came to understand that there was a place for people like me – people who are willing to be vulnerable, who lead with integrity and compassion, who recognise they are on a journey of being and becoming and invite others to do the same. We have become alive and want others to experience this too.
From the privilege of helping people learn to speak again, to over a decade’s experience leading the world’s most prestigious telecommunications event, my diverse professional background allows me to integrate a wide range of perspectives and spheres of knowledge into my work as a coach and facilitator.

As a Chartered Manager I have over a decade's experience helping individuals and teams navigate the complex challenges of being human at work. During these years my passion was integrating successful professional performance (both individually and within teams) with recognition of the rich and varied personal lives of each individual. I have coached young professionals, new parents, working parents, those in mid-life transitions and cross-cultural contexts.
In January 2020 I left the corporate world to establish Liminal Play, with its focus on rehumanising work through play. Through facilitation and coaching, I help managers and teams reimagine the fit between people and work to create workplaces where both individuals and organisations thrive. I also work on the flip side - coaching individuals outside of their workplace who are looking for a 'whole-person' approach to flourishing (see topic areas below).

Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

£90.00 per session
Free initial telephone or online session
The relationship between coach and coachee is one of the most significant factors in effective coaching. I offer a free no-obligation 30 minute chemistry call for us to jointly clarify what you want from coaching, my approach, and whether we wish to work together.
My fee is £90 + VAT per hour, with us typically meeting 5-6 times over the space of 2-3 months.
Sessions take place face to face (Central London) or online via Zoom/MS Teams (available worldwide).
As a working parent, I have reduced availability over the UK Summer holidays but if you can't find suitable availability please let me know.
