Working with me
I'm passionate about helping people flourish - living wholeheartedly in their work, relationships and communities.
Within life coaching I support people who are navigating transitions and times of change. Although the nature of the transition and the ‘presenting problem’ varies, what lies beneath is often a desire to live a more wholehearted life – where values, strengths, meaning, relationships and contribution align.
Coaching is not about me telling you the answers. Instead we work together to help you listen and grow your own inner voice. Through deepening awareness and self-compassion we explore how to journey ‘inside out’ through life, supporting new choices, deeper meaning and lasting change in the service of a wholehearted life.
At the end of our time together, my clients commonly report a sense of ease in place of anxiety, the ability to sit with and be curious about ‘tough’ emotions, better understanding of their strengths and limits, clearer perspective on what is possible, and new trust in themselves.
My approach is primarily Gestalt and positive psychology oriented but I lean on researchers and authors across a variety of psychological and relational spheres including Susan David, Brené Brown, Richard Boyatzis and Parker Palmer.
These sessions may include LEGO Serious Play techniques, systemic constellations, or nature-based settings upon request.
I believe that transformation can be found in our greatest joys and sufferings – if we have the courage to remain in the discomfort long enough to learn its lessons.
I am a Gestalt coach and LEGO Serious Play facilitator whose work aligns around a central purpose of helping others find what brings them awake and alive.
Within organisations I create transformative moments for leaders and remote teams to rehumanise work through play – reminding us of what it is to be human, facilitating conversations that strengthen team performance and relationship, and helping organisations see new patterns in the kaleidoscope of work. Through team facilitation and leadership coaching I help leaders and teams reimagine the fit between people and work to create workplaces where both individuals and organisations thrive.
Life coaching is the other side of this coin – helping people become more fully themselves and make meaningful change in their work, relationships and communities.
From the privilege of helping people learn to speak again, to over a decade’s experience leading the world’s most prestigious telecommunications event, my diverse professional background allows me to integrate a wide range of perspectives and spheres of knowledge into my work as a coach and facilitator.
I look forward to experiencing these transformative moments with you.

Training, qualifications & experience
As a Chartered Manager I have over a decade's experience helping individuals and teams navigate the complex challenges of being human at work. During these years my passion was integrating successful professional performance (both individually and within teams) with recognition of the rich and varied personal lives of each individual. I have coached young professionals, new parents, working parents, those in mid-life transitions and cross-cultural contexts.
In January 2020 I left the corporate world to establish Liminal Play, with its focus on rehumanising work through play. Through facilitation and coaching, I help leaders and remote teams reimagine the fit between people and work to create workplaces where both individuals and organisations thrive. I also work on the flip side - coaching individuals outside of their workplace who are looking for a 'whole-person' approach to flourishing (see topic areas below).
