About me

Coaching is a purposeful conversation that leads to action.

As a coach, it’s my job support you in unlocking your best self so that you can live and work from a place of authenticity, peace and strength.

I do this by getting to know you, holding up a mirror to your beliefs and habitual thoughts and by asking powerful questions to help you move forwards.

My role as your coach is to support you, challenge you and encourage you. It’s also my tease out the truth in order to empower you to make wise choices about the rest of your life. You might laugh and you might also cry because coaching is a very powerful process.

Once you can see how you are holding yourself back you can start to make the changes required to move forwards. Nothing gives me more pleasure than helping someone change and grow – that’s what coaching did for me, which is why I decided to change careers and make coaching my life’s work.

Next steps

- Book in a time for an initial free 30 minute coaching session to tell me about you, to give you the valuable opportunity to decide whether I can support you in achieving your future aspirations.

- If you would like to go ahead, I will send you some initial paperwork to help you define the outcomes desired from the coaching.

- Then we can schedule our sessions via Zoom, telephone or face to face if you live nearby Bookham in Surrey.
